Bio: I presently work one day a week. I plan to cut back soon. Walking has replaced the gym, but I need more stretching, lifting and balance training. The hike up Kilimanjaro is fun, even though I won’t get to the top. The interaction with the other hikers fills a gap since we don’t have personal contact.
