Bio: Retired Marine (September 2017), father (4-5 of yours-mine-and-ours-and-claimed), married to my soulmate, artist (starving), music lover (all kinds, iPod has over 16,000 songs on it), and Angel for Ainsley's Angels of America (I push my 13 year old son who has Down Syndrome). I just want to contribute and get back into running shape. I've pushed my son in a Marathon and want to do another one soon. I was just selected as a NDSS Athlete Ambassador for 2020, so I definitely need to step up.
