Bio: I began to get serious about taking care of my health at the age the 50, and now running, strength training and cardio classes are a consistent part of my life. I like to challenge myself with the occasional 5k race, and to be able to be a fun grammy! Not sure if I'll be able to finish this one, but that's ok because I'm more about the journey than the finish :)
