Bio: I love the idea of going to beautify places and enjoying the scenery. I am looking forward to a 10K race will be hosted in Flagstaff, AZ in Oct 2021. I always enjoy the meal before the race as it feels the most rewarding—pasta is always a winner! I really like having handy water and gels as well was music to fuel my runs. I would really like to run an ultra marathon some day and hope I am a life-long runner into my golden years!
