Groups: #runmotivators

Bio: 6 years ago I trained for a half marathon. I entered one. The day was perfect and I exceeded my goal time by 12 minutes. Awesome!! Can't beat that, so I'm done with those. My knee ached for a couple of years but only when I ran. I could do anything else and it was okay so I just didn't run. I've resolved that problem and now needed something to get me back on track. Strangely enough I will work hard for a t shirt and medal. Let the runs begin!!
