Bio: I am an Army veteran and proud girl mom! After a medical separation from the military over 20 years ago, I have worked through various treatments and practices to build myself (mentally and physically) to become stronger and more resilient. Pain is NOT weakness leaving the body; it is a signal to slow down and practice appropriate self-care.
Not one to need anyone to push/drive/motivate me. I am learning it is okay to slow down; it's okay to let go. Moderation is key to longevity. Let's go!
